At Indiana Roof Source, family isn't just part of our business — it's the foundation of it.
We're proud to be a locally owned, woman-owned, family-operated roofing company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Bloomington, Monroe County, and surrounding communities.
Our family works together to provide quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and the personal attention every customer deserves.
From the initial inspection and estimate to scheduling, material ordering, installation, and project completion, we're personally involved every step of the way.
Meet the family working behind the scenes and on the job to make it all happen!
Lisa
Owner & Director of Business Operations
As the owner of Indiana Roof Source, Lisa oversees the day-to-day business operations that keep everything running smoothly. Her responsibilities include preparing estimates and proposals, managing company finances and invoicing, coordinating material orders, and assisting with project scheduling.
Lisa works closely with her son, Mark, and her brother, Vince, coordinating the many details involved in residential and commercial roofing projects. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, she also steps into the field to oversee installations when needed.
Her focus is on keeping projects organized, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring customers receive the quality service and personal attention they deserve.
For Lisa, Indiana Roof Source is more than a business — it's a family commitment to doing things right and treating customers the way they would want their own family treated.
Mark
Construction Operations Manager & Project Manager
Mark plays a key role in managing the construction and field operations at Indiana Roof Source. He conducts roof inspections, meets with customers, assists with estimates and material ordering, and works closely with the team to coordinate project scheduling.
As our primary project manager, Mark is on-site throughout roof installations, overseeing crews, coordinating the work, and ensuring projects meet our standards for quality craftsmanship.
In addition to managing installations, Mark personally handles many of our smaller roof repairs, bringing his hands-on experience and attention to detail directly to the job.
From the initial inspection through project completion, Mark is committed to making sure every project is completed with care, professionalism, and pride in the finished product.
Vince
Sales & Roof Inspection Specialist
Vince works directly with residential and commercial customers as part of our sales and inspection team. He conducts roof inspections, evaluates roofing concerns, and helps customers understand their repair and replacement options.
In addition to sales and inspections, Vince occasionally assists with smaller repairs and steps in to oversee installations when needed.
With a focus on customer relationships and honest communication, Vince takes pride in helping customers make informed decisions about their roofing needs.
His commitment to personal service and being available when customers need assistance makes him a valuable part of the Indiana Roof Source family.
Our Promise
A Family That Stands Behind Its Work
At Indiana Roof Source, we believe there's a difference between simply completing a job and taking personal responsibility for the work being done.
That's why a member of our family management team is on-site throughout every roof installation.
Mark serves as our primary project manager, but when he's unavailable, Lisa or Vince steps in to ensure every project receives the same attention and oversight.
We work together, combining our individual strengths and experience to provide our customers with dependable service, quality workmanship, and peace of mind.
We're not a large corporation where you're just another job number. We're a local family business that takes pride in our work, our reputation, and the relationships we build along the way.
When you work with Indiana Roof Source, you become part of our family.
